Cassimus graduated from The University of Alabama in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Since graduation, he built Zoe’s Kitchen which currently operates in 260 locations. In addition, he opened Maki Fresh, a sushi restaurant in Birmingham, Alabama and Oxford, Mississippi. In addition to several other ventures, Cassimus shares his insights on entrepreneurship and brand strategy with universities across the country.
