John Cassimus at The Edge

Hear from alum John Cassimus, Zoës Kitchen founder, who is taking the Magic City by storm. On May 10th, he will open Crazy Cazboys, a discounted general merchandise for overstocked items. Join us at The Edge to hear his story.

Cassimus graduated from The University of Alabama in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Since graduation, he built Zoe’s Kitchen which currently operates in 260 locations. In addition, he opened Maki Fresh, a sushi restaurant in Birmingham, Alabama and Oxford, Mississippi. In addition to several other ventures, Cassimus shares his insights on entrepreneurship and brand strategy with universities across the country.

 

 

UA EDGE Labs and ALDAG overview
